3. User Accounts and Registration

9. Limitation of Liability

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
